  1. Promote the usage and applications of mobile learning for different industries and education sectors
  2. Pool and collaborate resources, training and talents for sustainable development
  3. Recognize and give publicity to the best practices and industry achievements (e.g. ICT Awards)
  4. Facilitate a platform for communication and sharing between all stakeholders in the field

Service:

  1. Organize workshops, trainings and seminars for Mobile Learning related topics and market updates
  2. Organize local and overseas’ tour visits and networking activities for sharing and communication between members and market players
  3. Organize and support the awards and competitions for Best Practices and Applications in Mobile Learning
  4. Connect with local and overseas’ associations and related parties for experience sharing and exploring the potential market opportunities and collaboration
  5. Provide marketing publicity for members (e.g. website, exhibitions, media, and related activities)

About WTIA

Mobile Learning Specialist Group (MLSG) is one of the specialist groups under Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association (WTIA). Established in 2001, WTIA is a non-profit trade association registered in Hong Kong to provide a platform for the wireless-related business to work together to benefit the industry development and growth; with objectives below:

  1. Represent and safeguard the interests and opinions of the wireless technology industry to the Government and other international parties
  2. Promote the development, usage and awareness of wireless technology applications in Hong Kong
  3. Enhance communication and partnership between different types of companies in the wireless technology industry
